Sample of when I solved a problem
A glitch had occurred in the system pairing folks' addresses to their legislators, and those who had filled out the advocacy form's signatures were not actually delivered to the government. In this email kicker (a follow-up to the original email, also shown) I explain what happened honestly and straight-forwardly, apologize for any inconvenience, and ask our audience to take a minute to take action again. This was really well received and we saw a high (45%) click to action.
